Previously given permissions through Volgjezorg will automatically be migrated to Mitz as soon as your healthcare provider starts using Mitz.

How long does it take for my permission to be processed? 

Immediately, as soon as your healthcare provider is connected to Mitz.

How long does it take for my consent to be withdrawn?

 Immediately.  Only after your healthcare provider has processed your consent.

 

It is still wise to give permission through Volgjezorg. Volgjezorg will be used until all healthcare providers have switched. If you want to ensure your medical data is available to other healthcare providers at the right time, please grant permission through both Volgjezorg and Mitz.

You can already give permission through MijnMitz.nl. You can log in using your DigiD, just like you do on Volgjezorg.
BUT: your permissions via Mitz can only be used if your healthcare providers are connected to Mitz. Healthcare providers will be migrating from Volgjezorg to Mitz in the coming period. The goal is for most healthcare providers to be connected to Mitz by 2026.
