When you log into Volgjezorg you will see an overview of your given permissions. You can also see whether your permission or withdrawal has already been processed or if it is still being processed.
If you arrange your permission through Volgjezorg, that permission is not immediately active. Your healthcare providers will receive a request from Volgjezorg to process your permission in their system. This can take several days up to a few weeks.
If your permission or withdrawal is not been processed after a few weeks, please contact your healthcare provider and ask them to process your permission. If your healthcare provider is unable to process your permission and you are unable to find a solution together, please contact Volgjezorg.
Did you withdraw your permission or did you say 'NO' on the form? Then your permission will disappear from your overview as soon as the healthcare provider has processed your choice.
After processing your withdrawal you will no longer see a permission or a 'NO' in your overview.
Healthcare providers can share information about your health with each other electronically. Sharing your medical information is only allowed if this is necessary for your treatment.
