Only acting general practitioners can view your medical data with your general practitioner or doctor for the mentally handicapped. For example when you come to the After hours medical centre. Or if you visit an observer in his practice. Other healthcare providers cannot view this information.

A trial is currently underway in the Groningen region. The doctor at the emergency department in the hospital can also request a summary of your general practitioner file there.

Healthcare providers who can view the medication file at your pharmacy or pharmacies:

Who cannot view your data?

Other healthcare providers, such as a company doctor, (company) health and safety officer, health insurance companies, and the government cannot connect to the National Exchange Point. And without it they cannot access any of your medical data.
