Your personal portal on Volgjezorg is secured with DigiD with SMS or the DigiD app. If you log in to your personal portal you will see your dashboard, which you can use use for various things.
In the past -when giving permission- you had to log in again using DigiD (because of the way the permissions-page works). Most people found this to be very annoying. However we have now resolved this issue. In the future you will only have to log in once using DigiD. When giving permission will only receive a DigiD message that you are being redirected to a different page within Volgjezorg.
What other things have changed?
Last year we greatly improved various features of the personal portal. First of all, we have simplified the portal. The dashboard is your starting point. From there you arrange and manage your permission(s). We also shortened the process of giving permission online and made it more user-friendly. Texts have been simplified, and all parts of the personal portal were made mobile-friendly.
With the new single sign-on we have again taken a big step in improving the user-friendliness of Volgjezorg.
